The warehouse is managed in a way that rationalises both production and logistics, ensuring high-quality service for our customers.

Applying ‘Just in Time’ methodology, together with the Kanban technique, ensures high reliability, reduced inventory levels, and shorter lead times (see specific section).

This system has been implemented for 30 years in partnership with Stanley Black & Decker.

Every day, parts leave the plant in suitable packaging either cardboard or wire mesh containers placed on pallets which in turn go directly to the customer’s production lines without further checks or inspections required, providing clear benefits in terms of quality and cost reduction.

For its daily deliveries, PRESSO FONDERIE relies on two local transport companies and the collaboration of two couriers operating nationwide.
